
Introducing: Plan and Workouts
We recently shared the news about exciting changes coming to Seven, and today we’re ready to share the first round with you.
New & Improved Plan
We know that the hardest part about working out is often getting started, which is why Plans have long been a fundamental destination in Seven. Today’s update gives Plans a fresh new look and brings them to the forefront of the app, making it easier than ever to keep a daily workout habit.
We've made Plans their own tab, meaning you’ll see everything you need to know as soon as you open Seven. With today’s workout front and center, Seven does the hard part of planning your workouts for you and you can simply get started.
What's more, we've made a range of improvements to make your Plan even more tailored to you. You can now remove workouts that don’t suit your schedule, or add a bonus workout if you have energy for more. Need a clean slate? You can now reset your Plan to start again from Week 1.
Welcome to Workouts
If you’re not looking for a Plan workout, the Workouts tab is the place for you. Here you’ll find every other workout in Seven, including Custom Workouts and social events like the Live sessions and the Arena.
The Workouts tab adapts to your routine, making it easy to find the workouts and challenges you’re completing in a special 'ongoing' section at the top of the tab. We've also improved the layout, icons and colors so that this section feels brighter, cleaner and much more fun than its predecessor. Don’t miss the Instructors’ makeover and look out for Freestyle’s new identity, ‘Quick Starter’, at the very top of this tab!
