We know that you love unlocking Achievements, which is why they can now be find front and center in your profile. Quickly check how many you’ve unlocked, or tap to get a detailed breakdown.

There’s a brand new way to keep track of your Duels. Check who's in the lead at a glance or tap on your Duel to see a breakdown of your workouts over the week. Challenge a friend today to discover the changes ⚔️

From workouts to notifications, Seven has a brand new soundscape to make your workouts easier on the ears. We’ve also exchanged the whistle for a smoother start to your workouts. Let’s go!
