It comes as no surprise that planning your workouts is one of the best ways to achieve success and exceed your fitness goals. Our New Features
With a structured weekly plan you can be sure to stick to your goals moving forward. All you need to do is let us know your goal and which days of the week you’d like to workout and we’ll create a schedule that works for you! With notifications enabled you’ll never miss a workout again.
No matter your goal, our plans are created to reflect your fitness level. Just make sure to rate your experience (too easy, good or too hard) post-workout and we’ll create a plan best suited for you week after week. That means whether you’re in week 2 or week 60 you’ll continue to see results.
