We’ve long known the power of having a workout buddy to keep you motivated. While the past year has kept us at a distance from our usual social circles, we’ve been inspired by the way you have rallied those you live with to keep your motivation up. From toddlers to grannies, partners to pets, we’ve loved seeing you share your workouts with loved ones.

Varied routines
January is the perfect time to try something new. Brand New Workouts. Try an ‘Every Minute on the Minute’ workout routine with 'Rep Racer' to torch those muscles in an all-new workout format on Seven.
The exercise triplets in 'Homework' target your upper body, lower body and core in sequence. Practice makes perfect.
'In Control' will help you feel new levels of burn - no rushing through this workout; to reap the muscle-toning benefits, you’ll need to move through the exercises as slowly as you can bear!
Beginner to advanced
No matter your fitness level, we’ve got the workout for you. Beginners, try 'Easy Bodywork' to wake up your muscles and achieve a pleasant soreness tomorrow without feeling overworked. For any fitness pro’s who need a challenge, we challenge you to 'Fire Breath' - 2 rounds of fast-paced cardio that will help you torch those calories and feel the burn.
