3 Smoothie Bowls to Add Color to Your Day

Smoothie Bowls are famous for their pretty, colorful designs, but also happen to be delicious! They’re filled with fiber, vitamins and antioxidants, and using the right toppings you can easily add in protein and some healthy fats too. They make for a perfect breakfast, snack or light summer lunch. Just pick one of these recipes or use whatever ingredients you have at hand, and then top with your favorite fruits, berries, nuts, coconut flakes and chia seeds.

Blueberry Açaí

3-4 bananas, sliced and frozen
200 grams frozen blueberries
100 grams açaí purée


Green Machine

2 bananas, sliced and frozen
¼ ripe avocado
1 cup fresh or frozen strawberries
2 large handfuls spinach
1 small handful kale
1 tbsp flaxseed meal
1 cup almond milk (only if using frozen berries)


Raspberry Coconut

1 banana, sliced and frozen
2 cups frozen raspberries
⅔ light coconut milk
1 tbsp chia seeds
